Habitat: Rocky and sandy areas, rocky reef, and seagrass beds
Depth: Subtidal to 10+ metres
Like the closely-related Uniophora granifera, this orange, five-armed sea star is covered in tubercles and blunt spines. Unlike that species however, these tubercles form a ridge down each arm and a central pentagonal ridge on the disc.
