A juvenile on Caulerpa cactoides
This undescribed, bright red nudibranch eats the bryozoan Mucropetraliella elleri, and is often found on its food supply, where it is exceptionally well-camouflaged. it has a ring of cerata and distinctive lobed rhinophores. It resembles Madrella sanguinea, but is uniform red, without a white bar between its rhinophores.
