One of the many species of nondescript white to tan flatworms, this species is commonly found under rocks in the intertidal zone. It is difficult to identify without expert knowledge, but is distinguishable by its lack of tentacles, cerebral eye structure, dark spiny cirrus (rear of animal) and ruffled pharynx (centre of animal). The internal structures detailed here are best observed from the underside of the animal.
