Spurilla braziliana - Brazilian Aeolid

This introduced nudibranch can be found under rocks in the intertidal zone. It is a pale to bright orange in colour, with brown cerata. Both the body and cerata are covered in white spots, while its slender rhinophores are white-tipped. This is an easily distinguishable species, and its colouration and the white spots can help to differentiate it from other aeolid nudibranches, such as those in the genus Anteaeolidiella.
